Community Links Practitioner

Phil Donnelly, our Community Links Practitioner based in the surgery. Phil will work one-to-one with you to help you address various issues, such as social issues that may affect your health. Phil can help you to find and access various activities, services or sources of support and advice around the local area or further afield. If you think you would benefit from meeting Phil just ask the GP, nurse or reception.
